The Nintendo DS is now becoming a major contender in the handheld market, thanks to a rush of unique, one of a kind games like Ace Attorney, Lost in Blue and now Atlus' new surgery title Trauma Center: Under the Knife.

But how great can a surgery game really be? Is it the new must-have DS title or just another obscure tech-demo at full price?
